Chat with Coach Hallie about your goals, receive a full video breakdown of how the program works, and then get you set up on an option that works best for you.

Within 1 week of signing up, you’ll be starting your new plan, workouts, and begin your nutrition coaching! Time to start seeing results and feeling confident in your own skin!

Go through our steps to get you onboarded to Aligned Fitness! Meet your fellow teammates, other coaches on the team, and get your training app set up. You’ll then go through our 5-day onboarding week in the app to get you ready to begin your new lifestyle while your program is being created.

MEET

Hallie

In 2017, I let myself go. I fell into a path of drinking, doing drugs, binge eating, and quitting all and any forms of exercise. The weight slowly started to come on… and I ignored it at first. But one day, I tried on my shorts to cringe in disgust, noticing that they no longer fit me anymore.

I hated every picture of myself and only felt confident in baggy clothes. I decided I needed to change, so my fitness journey began. I had a rocky start… I couldn’t stay consistent, I gave up on myself, and failed over and over again. But eventually, I started taking myself seriously.

I lost almost 50lbs as my passion for fitness grew over the years. I began to fall in love with the lifestyle and create ALIGNMENT in my life - spiritually, mentally, and physically. After almost 4 years of lifting weights, I decided I wanted to help other women do the same.

I’ve now quit doing drugs, rarely drink anymore, am married to my soulmate, and a proud follower of Jesus! Along the way, Aligned Fitness was born! We’ve had over 500 women in our programs and challenges, and have now built an amazing community where women feel EMPOWERED along their fitness journey.

I started Aligned Fitness because I didn’t want another woman to continue feeling how I did at the beginning of my journey. I also wanted to teach women the SUSTAINABLE way to lose fat, improve their confidence, and build muscle while getting toned.

We now we get to serve women everyday, helping them create true ALIGNMENT with the women they were MEANT to become - using fitness as the vehicle for transforming their lives.

MEET

Molleigh

Coach Molleigh's journey into health and fitness began at 14 years old, when she started lifting weights. Not only did she fall in love with strength training but she fell in love with nutrition as well. This led to her becoming a certified personal trainer in high school and become a fitness nutrition specialist shortly after.

Throughout this time, Molleigh battled with her own health, enduring countless medical appointments, hospital stays, and various treatments in pursuit of answers despite living a healthy lifestyle. Severe gut issues, hormonal imbalances, hair loss, unexplained weight gain, acne, and debilitating PMS were just some of the struggles she faced after catching mono when she was 15 years old. Eventually diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, PCOS, and hypothyroidism, Molleigh found herself at a crossroads where conventional health advice fell short.

The standard mantra of "eat less, exercise more" not only failed her but exacerbated her conditions. Feeling disconnected from her body and defined by her diagnoses, she realized a fundamental shift was needed. Rejecting the notion that her health challenges defined her, Molleigh embarked on a journey towards holistic and functional health.

Molleigh attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and transformed her approach to wellness. She discovered that true healing begins with understanding and working in harmony with one's body, rather than against it. This epiphany led to her own remarkable achievement: losing 50 pounds despite grappling with autoimmune issues and hormonal imbalances.

Her story isn't just about weight loss; it's about reclaiming her health, restoring balance, and empowering others to do the same. This journey isn't just about fitness; it's a testament to resilience, education, and community. Molleighs mission is to inspire women to redefine their potential, proving that health goals are attainable even amidst health complexities. You are NOT your diagnosis — with discipline, consistency, and a holistic approach. 

As a specialist in hormones, gut health, thyroid health, and autoimmune diseases, she understands the complexities these conditions bring into everyday life. Coach Molleighs mission is to ensure every woman knows she is not alone in her health struggles. Whether it's managing hormonal imbalances, improving gut health, navigating thyroid issues, or understanding autoimmune conditions, she is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and evidence-based solutions. Her goal is to create a safe space where women can feel heard and empowered to take control of their well-being.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If I have a busy schedule, will I have time to commit to this?

Yes! We work with clients from business owners, to full time students, to moms, to doctors, business owners, teachers, and women working 12-16 hour shifts and/or overnight shifts. You certainly don’t have to spend hours in the gym each week; and living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be a HUGE time commitment.

How much is the program?

Everything we do is customized so we have several different plans that suit any budget. Fill out our coaching application so we can see which program would be best for you!

Do you help women who have had previous injuries or certain exercise limitations?

Definitely! We work with a wide range of women who have all kinds of exercise limitations and/or previous injuries. Your training program will be customized to you so we are able to cater to any exercise limitations you have.

Do I pay upfront, or monthly?

We have both options for whichever works best for YOUR budget.

What if I’m not disciplined enough to follow this?

Then that’s the very reason WHY you should join! It’s about progress, not perfection. And having a coach is the very thing that HELPS you navigate the times where you’re struggling with motivation, stress, or believing in yourself.

Can I do this program if I have food intolerances, preferences, or food allergies?

Absolutely! Everything in this program will be customized to YOU and your specific needs.

I’m going on a trip/vacation soon. Should I still sign up?

Totally! Coach Hallie is an avid traveler herself, and many of our clients travel often whether it’s for work or vacation. This is a balanced lifestyle - and in Aligned Fitness, we teach you how to navigate your fitness journey during ANY season of life, no matter WHERE you are.
